I’ll send you my Welcome Workbook for you to fill out before our first session. Your answers to these preliminary questions will help me get a sense of where you are, and will inform our work going forward.

Next, we’ll schedule your Foundational Coaching Session to explore values, goals, and to make a plan for our coaching sessions. This session is aptly named because it sets up the vital foundation for the rest of our work together.

Depending on your needs, we’ll schedule weekly or bi-weekly sessions to discover your most aligned path and work toward your goals. With my guidance, you’ll take steps toward a more aligned life and career so that you can celebrate your sensitivity rather than trying to cover it up.
